We do not offer refunds once an order has been processed.

All items are sold on a preorder basis.
By placing an order, you agree to the stated processing and delivery times.
Refunds will not be issued due to standard waiting periods.

We only offer exchanges under the following conditions:
- Item received is incorrect
- Item is defective upon arrival
π Exchange Requirements
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Hair must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered
- Bundles must remain in original condition
- Issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect length selection
- Dissatisfaction after installation
- Improper handling or care
π¦ Inspection Requirement
We strongly recommend inspecting your bundles before installation.
Once hair has been installed, altered, or used, it is no longer eligible for exchange.
π Shipping for Exchanges
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.
