2. Order Processing

• Processing time: 1–2 business days
  
• Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins
  
• Accurate shipping information must be provided at checkout
  
• We are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
  

3. Shipping

• Shipping times vary based on destination
  
• Average shipping: 1-2 business days
  
• Tracking numbers are provided via email
  
• Once an order is shipped, delivery issues must be handled with the carrier
  

Lost or stolen packages:

We are not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered”. Please file a claim with the carrier.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of hair products:

• All sales are final
  
• We do not accept returns on opened, installed, worn, or altered hair
  
• Exchanges are only accepted for factory defects within 1 day of delivery
  
• Hair must be unused, uncolored, unwashed, and in original condition
  

To initiate a claim, contact us first with videos/photos.

Shipping for exchanges:

• Customer is responsible for return shipping
  
• Approved replacements are shipped after inspection
  

5. Store Credit

If an exchange is approved but the requested item is unavailable:

• Store credit may be issued for the product price only
  
• Credit is valid for future purchases
  
• Credits are non-refundable
  

6. Product Disclaimer

All hair is 100% human hair.

Because each bundle is individually sourced, slight variations in color, curl pattern, or texture may occur.

Bleaching or coloring should be done by a professional.

7. Fraud Protection

All orders are subject to fraud checks.

We may cancel any order that appears suspicious or unverified.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clare Luxe is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by shipping carriers
  
• Natural variations in hair texture
  
• Damage caused by incorrect installation or coloring
  
• Allergic reactions
